Painting: A Final Touch
Applying paint can be a great final touch to a siding job. Dependent on the product, application methods can vary, typically we utilize a two-coat application process with one body color, one trim color, one front door color.
We first start by cleaning and prepping the surface by washing via pressure wash or by hand and removing and existing loose paint or debris if your job requires us to repaint an existing painted area. All trees, scrubs, and vegetation in the area are covered. Any gaps are caulked to seal from water and sections are sanded down as required. We then apply our two-coat application in spray or brush form depending on the requirements. The job is then inspected to ensure quality. Once the client is satisfied we clean up the work area and make sure paint chips and debris are removed.
